We humans tend to have very negative minds due to the fact that our culture raises its kids mostly thru negative reinforcement. So when we become adults our mind has such strongly negative "tapes" that are playing over and over, that we tend to have many insecurities and low self-esteem. The good news is that studies prove that we can change those negative tapes. This is done thru vigilance and hard work. It requires you to consciously change your thought patterns. It takes strong commitment and it takes COURAGE because you must step into uncomfortable places inside yourself. But these uncomfortable places is where the growth is.
